STAMPING

With over 50 years experience Metal & Wood Products provides metal stamping to a wide variety of industries. Our metal stamping is enhanced with secondary services such as forming, welding, drilling, tapping, painting, galvanizing, assembling etc. With over 6 punch press machines ranging from 10 ton 120ton. We stamp virtually any material, stainless, mild steel, aluminium, brass, copper, silver, plastics and rubber.

EMBOSSING

When a raised image is required, embossing is the most effective marking method. A good example of an embossed image is the raised number on a license plate. An embossing die set is a metal stamp set used in a press to obtain this image. Embossing is suitable for marking thin sheets of material such as aluminium, brass, copper, stainless steel, tin, etc.

LETTER STAMPING – TAGS

Metal tags are an excellent choice for permanently marking items whether for industrial products, machinery, tools or even company name plates. They provide a long lasting, legible and secure information for identification and instructional and or for warning purposes. SHEARING CAPABILITIES

Metal & Wood Products can handle most production needs with our ¼” x 10’ shear capacity. Our tolerance on shearing is plus or minus 1/64”. We offer a wide range of shearing services to provide you with a quality-sheared product that is done quickly and accurately. At Metal & Wood Products we take great pride in our reputation as a supplier of quality formed components. Our forming shop consists of 1-10ft x 1/8” Verson Mechanical brake press.
